Have you ever sat there and thought "if only...". You know? If only I had more time in the day, I'd be able to exercise. If only I had more money then I could pay a trainer to help me lose some weight (or follow me round and slap the junk food out of my hand!). If only I had someone to I could talk to about how I feel so I can understand why I make bad choices. If only, if only, if only...

As I come further along my journey, I've come to realise that the only barrier holding you back is you. Yep, that's right. You are the Queen (or King) of your own circumstances. Sound sucky? It's a scary thought to think that you have been responsible for the life you have now, especially if the life you have now is not making you happy. When I first realised this, I was depressed by this but I soon came to feel empowered by knowing that I have control over my own life.  

 

If I want a certain lifestyle, I have the power to obtain it. If I want a certain figure, I have the power to sculpt it. If I want a certain income, I have the power to earn it. Literally the only barrier to the life of you dreams is yourself (and yes, that includes the niggling little voice that's sarcastically saying "are you saying I could fly to the moon?" And yes, you can if that's what you want to do!) . You don't have to settle for where you are now.
